Having a Problem with my XL44 Self-Cleaning Gas Oven?

My GE XL44 Self-Cleaning Oven. The bottom igniter doesn’t light up, but the top broiler works fine. I cleaned it about 2 months ago.
Could I change the top broiler igniter with the bottom igniter?
